Develop and maintain backend systems for web/app products.
Collaborate with Front-end Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and other application APIs.
Ensure all production documentation is high-quality, accurate, timely, and compliant with accessibility standards.
Maintain a consistent solution architecture for backend solutions to facilitate integration with future products.
Proactively test and debug programs to ensure stability and accuracy.
Develop and maintain backend code to improve analytical, statistical, and forecasting modeling methodologies to support business teams in their decision-making processes.
Must have:
3+ years of experience in a software development role: Backend Developer.
Experience in backend web development using scripting languages/ frameworks ( Java/ SpringBoot, SpringMVC ).
Experience working with relational Oracle, MySQL, PostgresSQL…
Experience with Cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP….)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins, Docker)
Nice to have:
Having knowledge of Python
Experience of discovering problems from logs and solving problems.

Salary commensurate with ability and contribution. (UP TO 35M)
