1. User support:
• Receive and support users with problems encountered during the use of
hardware and software.
• Support basic standard user applications.
2. Management and operation of infrastructure system:
• Manage the Company's information technology assets, update the
complete list of IT equipment used in the company.
• Set up and maintain network connections, troubleshoot network-related
problems.
• Manage network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.
3. Information system security and safety:
• Ensure that computers in the system are installed with anti-malware
programs and comply with the use of computer software.
• Ensure that the system always complies with security policies.
• Detect and handle security threats, manage security-related incidents.
4. System monitoring and maintenance:
• Perform periodic inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment,
ensuring early detection and resolution of problems.
• Update system patch versions.
• Manage data backup and recovery.
5. Reporting and improvement:
• Submit weekly status reports and plans for the following week.
• Develop IT support processes that align with the company's infrastructure
and culture.
6. Other:
• Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on IT system usage procedures,
security and support tools.
• Graduated in major Information Technology
• Fluent in English communication
• 7 years of experience and above in a similar position
• Experience in network services including LAN, WAN, VPN, Database Server.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Understanding of system security and security tools.
• Establishing information security policies.
• Knowledge of office equipment: Camera, fingerprint timekeeping machine,
VOIP, installation and maintenance of computers, printers, etc.
• Skills:
- Coordination, teamwork, collaboration with departments in the company
- Office skills: proficient in power point, word, excel
• Ability:
- Ability to collect information, analyze and provide the right solution.
- Research and update information to make recommendations for application
to work.
- Be proactive in work, self-study, improve and develop yourself.
