Design and Development: Create innovative tooling, JIG and fixture designs using CAD, Solidworks… software to meet production requirements and improve manufacturing processes.
LEAN Implementation: Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to design processes that minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Collaboration: Work with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure tools and fixtures meet all functional and safety requirements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all tooling and fixture designs, including specifications, drawings, and maintenance procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and fixtures in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and company quality policies.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tooling and fixture design, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Certifications: LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in design and documentation to ensure high-quality outputs.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Innovative: Creative in developing new solutions to improve manufacturing processes.

- Thu nhập: từ 10.000.000đ đến 18.000.000đ (theo năng lực).
