Sales & Growth (50%)

• Hit sales targets through effective sales and marketing

• Build strong relationships with key customers

• Spot market opportunities and act on them

• Manage customer relationships using our CRM system

• Help close major deals and prepare proposals

• Work with our Distillery and Marketing teams

Lead Generation (40%)

• Find new customers and business opportunities

• Create strategies to grow sales in new and existing markets

• Promote craft spirits and cocktail culture

Customer Relationships (10%)

• Keep accurate client records

• Maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts

• Learn about our products and the craft spirits industry

YÊU CẦU

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluent English and Vietnamese

• 3+ years of sales experience in the spirits/liquor industry

• Strong sales knowledge and ability to train others

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, works well under pressure

Thông tin phỏng vấn & yêu cầu vị trí

• Quy trình phỏng vấn: 2–3 vòng, có thể phỏng vấn online hoặc trực tiếp tại Hà Nội

• Người phỏng vấn: CEO (Expat)

• Lĩnh vực & dự án công ty:
  Công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản xuất rượu mạnh, sở hữu nhà máy chưng cất rượu whisky mạch nha đơn đầu tiên tại Việt Nam.
  Ngoài whisky, công ty còn sản xuất các dòng sản phẩm như gin, rum, cà phê, Triple Sec (rượu mùi cam), Crème de Cacao, Crème de Coconut.
  Sản phẩm được bán theo thùng cho doanh nghiệp, phục vụ nhu cầu quà tặng khách hàng; đối tác có thể in logo thương hiệu lên sản phẩm.
  Hiện công ty đã hợp tác với Vingroup và một số kênh Horeca.

• Team & quản lý trực tiếp:
  Làm việc trong team Sales, báo cáo trực tiếp cho Head of Sales

• Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm:

  • Tối thiểu 3+ năm kinh nghiệm Sales trong ngành rượu/bia/đồ uống có cồn (spirits/liquor)

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có nền tảng FMCG, thực phẩm – đồ uống

  • Phù hợp với ứng viên từng bán bia, rượu vang, rượu mạnh

  • Có thể xem xét ứng viên trái ngành nhưng mong muốn chuyển sang lĩnh vực rượu, hoặc từng apply các brand lớn như Diageo, Pernod Ricard

  • Có hiểu biết về Modern Trade & On-trade

• Ngoại ngữ:

  • Tiếng Anh bắt buộc, do quản lý trực tiếp là người nước ngoài

• Yêu cầu khác:

  • Ưu tiên Nam

  • Độ tuổi: 8x – 9x
