We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale banking project in Hanoi, working closely with the Project Manager and collaborating directly with offshore partners and the client's team. Key Responsibilities Document business and solution requirements (BRD, FSD, US), user guides, and training materials. Transform business needs into technical requirements for the development team.

At least 7 years of experience in business analysis of IT system development, including at least 5 years of experience in business analysis in the fields of finance and/or banking and/or corporate financial management integrated with banking systems, and/or providing products and services to corporate customers on digital platforms. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) – able to communicate directly with international clients and partners.
